This is an appeal from a conviction for forgery. The appellant was sentenced by the jury to a term of ten years in the Texas Department of Corrections.

On appeal, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction. Particularly, he claims that there was no evidence or, alternatively, insufficient evidence that he passed a forged check with intent to defraud or harm another or that he had knowledge...
