These consolidated suits arise out of an intersectional collision which occurred on December 7, 1981, in Lafourche Parish, at the intersection of Hamilton Road and Louisiana Highway 308. Laura Hanson (decedent) was driving a 1981 Chevrolet pickup truck in an easterly direction on Hamilton Road around 7:00 p.m. Doyle Hanson was driving a large ten-wheel truck fitted with a liquid nitrogen tank and weighing between 35,000 and 50,000 pounds in a northerly...
