OPINION

KEITH, Justice.

Defendant below appeals from a judgment which awarded the plaintiffs $16,200 as actual damages and $35,000 as punitive damages for injuries received when plaintiffs' car was struck from the rear by the car driven by defendant. Defendant admitted that his failure to keep a proper lookout was a proximate cause of the collision. The first two points of error challenge the award of the punitive damages, asserting that there was no evidence...
