Buckner Glass and Mirror, Inc. appeals a summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of appellee T.A. Pritchard Co., Inc.

Buckner, a subcontractor, filed suit on May 24, 1984 against Pritchard, the contractor, for the cost of labor and materials used in constructing improvements on some Dallas property. The petition alleged that the amount owed Buckner was $16,682.00, plus attorney's fees and costs. Both parties...
