The defendant insurance company appeals a judgment awarding plaintiff beneficiary the proceeds of a $20,000 life insurance policy upon which it had denied payment.

Plaintiff's husband, Eugene Tuttle, a fisherman and repairman, purchased a group life insurance policy from defendant on June 6, 1981. Mr. Tuttle died on June 13, 1981 apparently from a heart attack. Mrs. Tuttle filed a death claim which defendant denied on the basis that Mr. Tuttle...
