We are asked in this case by the plaintiffs-appellants to find an exception to the "exclusive remedy" provision of the Workers' Compensation Act, U.C.A., 1953, title 35, chapter 1, and reverse the trial court's order dismissing defendant Lagoon Corporation from this personal injury action brought by an employee.
