Grace Wilson, administratrix of the estate of her minor son, Eddie Emil Kelly, instituted this action to recover for the personal injuries suffered by her son when he was struck by a car. Named as defendants were Leroy Jenkins, driver of the car; Captan Jack Wyly, Jenkins' employer; and Travelers Insurance Company, Wyly's general and automobile liability insurer.
