Crouch was convicted by a jury on her plea of not guilty of injury to a child. The jury assessed her punishment at twenty-five years' confinement and a fine of $10,000.
Crouch presents six grounds of error, contending (1) that the evidence is insufficient to support her conviction; (2) that the evidence is insufficient to prove that the grand jury used diligence to determine the object or instrument
