SEXTON, Judge.

The natural father and natural mother appeal two separate judgments terminating their parental rights as to their four minor children, C.P., M.P., J.P. and H.P. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

On October 7, 1983, the state filed a petition to terminate the parental rights of the parents as to their four minor children. The petition alleged that the children were placed in state custody due to their abuse and neglect in that the family...
