McGoldrick appeals the district court's decision that modification of a master labor agreement incorporated by a short form agreement between McGoldrick and the surveyors' union did not terminate the short form agreement. The district court found that the parties, at the time they executed the short form agreement, intended to be bound by future modifications of the master agreement.
