On November 16, 1983, John Petronis pled nolo contendere to a single information which charged that on May 7, 1983 he committed the offenses of: Count I, aggravated assault; Count II and III, two separate batteries upon two different law enforcement officers; Count IV, breach of the peace; and Count V, malicious conduct which caused damage to property of the Lee County Sheriff's Department.
