OPINION

EVANS, Chief Justice.

The appellant, Richard Duffy Billeaud, complains of the trial court's modification of the terms of a prior divorce decree in which he and appellee, Marjorie Ann Billeaud, were named joint managing conservators of their three children. We affirm.
