Josefik and Soteras were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess, and possession of, more than 1,000 cases of Chivas Regal scotch stolen from an interstate shipment (18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 659), and each was sentenced to eight years in prison and fined $7,000.
