Farmers State Bank of Yuma, Colorado, appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Ricky Harmon and Randy Harmon, two of three co-trustees of the Harold Harmon Family Trust. The trial court based its decision on the ground that Harold Harmon, the third co-trustee of the family trust, did not have the authority to bind the trust when he executed certain documents with the Bank.
