Jerry Word, pro se, moves, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, to vacate and set aside his sentences, primarily on the ground that he was tried within 30 days of a superseding indictment, allegedly in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 3161(c)(2) of the Speedy Trial Act.
