This is a suit brought by Robin Howser, plaintiff-appellant, to recover certain fees from her former employer, Carruth Mortgage Corporation and its parent company, Mellon National Mortgage Corporation. Plaintiff also seeks statutory penalty wages and attorney fees, LSA-R.S. 23:631, 23:632 and 23:634.
