SMITH, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of burglary of a dwelling and sexual battery following a jury trial. He contends that the trial court erred in allowing the state to introduce evidence of collateral crimes during its case-in-chief. Appellant also finds fault with the trial court's decision to depart from the sentencing guidelines in sentencing appellant since, he asserts, the trial court's written reasons for departure were all invalid...
