Vantage Broadcasting appeals from the trial court's order denying its motion for relief under Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.540(b). We reverse.

WINT Radio, Inc. brought an action against Vantage to recover on a promissory note for which, WINT alleged, Vantage was in default on its payments. Vantage answered and raised affirmative defenses and retained Baxley to handle its defense. Shortly thereafter, Baxley stipulated with opposing counsel to an amount due...
