AMENDED OPINION

WIGGINS, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Carlo Scott Bagley was convicted after a jury trial of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). He appeals his conviction and urges reversal on the basis of several alleged errors in the pretrial proceedings and in the trial itself. We reject his contentions and affirm his conviction.
