Defendant assigns error to (1) the entry of an order requiring him to undergo a psychiatric examination, (2) the refusal of the trial court to disqualify a juror for alleged misconduct, (3) the submission of first degree kidnapping to the jury, (4) the denial of his motions to set aside the verdicts, and (5) the sentences imposed.
