This is an appeal by Betty Woodcock Koll from a conviction of Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:26 and 14:30. The issues presented are 1) whether the trial judge erred in denying the Motion to Quash pursuant to LSA-C.Cr.P. Art. 578 relative to the time within which to commence a trial and 2) whether the trial judge erred in permitting the introduction of hearsay testimony of an alleged co-conspirator under LSA-R.S....
