WARRINER, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is defendant's motion for costs and attorney's fees brought pursuant to Section 505 of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 505 (1982).

On 10 May 1985 this Court granted plaintiff leave to withdraw his complaint thus defendant is the prevailing party. Defendant then filed its motion for costs and attorney's fees pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 11 and also pursuant to Section 505 of the Copyright...
