This is a tax case challenging an appraisal made to determine ad valorem taxes. The appellant and plaintiff below, Joe Harry Bower (Bower), sought an agricultural tax exemption from the defendants, Edwards County Appraisal District (Edwards County), for taxes due in 1982, 1983 and 1984, for land located in Edwards County. Three separate suits were filed, which were consolidated for trial.
