This appeal controverts a deputy commissioner's order of April 23, 1984, denying modification of an order of June 2, 1980. The 1980 order awarded permanent partial disability compensation in the amount of claimant's 25% anatomical rating attributable to a 1977 accident and two ensuing back surgeries.
