William M. Boyd was convicted in the municipal court of the City of Montgomery of driving under the influence of alcohol and with improper lane usage. He appealed his conviction to the circuit court where a jury found him guilty as charged. He was sentenced to sixty days' imprisonment in the city jail and fined $1,000.
