The sole issue before us is whether the trial court abused its discretion in fixing the amount of attorney's fees.

Plaintiff, James Choate, filed suit against defendant, Vermilion Parish Police Jury, for worker's compensation benefits, penalties, and attorney's fees. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff, awarding him total and permanent compensation benefits with penalties and interest, medical payments, and attorney's fees...
