Plaintiff, Shirley O'Neill, widow of Marnel H. O'Neill, Jr., appeals from a judgment maintaining an exception of no cause of action filed on behalf of defendant, Flintkote Company, and dismissing plaintiff's action.

Plaintiff's late husband, Marnel H. O'Neill, Jr., was employed as a machine tender in an asbestos mill of the Flintkote Company from 1947 to 1957. The plaintiff claims that her late husband was exposed to large quantities of asbestos...
