In this trademark infringement appeal concerning the legal standards applicable to the equitable defense of laches, plaintiff Tandy claims that defendant Malone and Hyde's use of the trademark "AUTO SHACK" infringes Tandy's marks "RADIO SHACK," "THE SHACK," and "SHACK."
