This is a suit to enforce restrictive covenants in a residential subdivision. Ronald R. Cardenas and Irene J. Cardenas filed suit against Gerald E. Giles and Jacquelyn Giles seeking mandatory injunctive relief and attorney's fees. Trial was to the court.
