This is a suit to enforce restrictive covenants in a residential subdivision. Ronald R. Cardenas and Irene J. Cardenas filed suit against Gerald E. Giles and Jacquelyn Giles seeking mandatory injunctive relief and attorney's fees. Trial was to the court. Judgment was rendered on October 27, 1983, which mandatorily ordered Gerald Giles and Jacquelyn Giles, defendants, to remove a portion of a fence on their property, and...
