DUDLEY, Justice.

The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock adopted an ordinance which proposed the annexation of fifteen separate tracts of land, designated "A" through "O." An election was held, and the vote was in favor of the annexation, both in the City and in the previously unincorporated area.
