TAYLOR, Judge.
This is a pre-trial appeal by the State pursuant to Temporary Rule 17, A.R.Cr.P., from the trial judge's holding that, at the time of the arrest, the police officers did not have probable cause to arrest the defendants and charge them with third degree burglary.
