The appellant, Tucker, in his capacity as public grain warehouse commissioner, became the receiver, pursuant to Ark.Stat. Ann. § 77-1344 (Supp.1983), for the appellee, Durham, who was a public grain warehouseman. Appellee Farm Bureau, which had issued its bond covering Durham, was made a party to the receivership proceeding.
