MEMORANDUM

RAMBO, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed the captioned action on August 6, 1982, seeking wrongful death and survivors' benefits in the death of eight year old Maria Rosa. This court, sitting without a jury, heard testimony from both parties in a trial which commenced October 16, 1984. Upon consideration of the record before it, this court finds the defendant liable in the death of Maria Rosa.
