Plaintiff, Charles W. Evans, appeals from the trial court's judgment for AmSouth Bank, N.A. (AmSouth), on plaintiff's claim for conversion of Arabian horses and on AmSouth's counterclaim for default on a promissory note. We reverse and remand.
