The issue before the court is whether this matter should be stayed pending arbitration of the disputes which have arisen as a result of two separate contracts entered into between the plaintiffs and the defendant. The first of the contracts between plaintiff, Consolidated Naturals, Inc. (Consolidated), appoints Consolidated "as a nonexclusive distributor to sell and distribute Thompson's products to companies...
