The defendant, Robert Crocker, was convicted of receiving stolen property over the value of two hundred dollars ($200). T.C.A. § 39-3-1112. He was sentenced to the custody of the Department of Corrections for eight (8) years as a Range II especially aggravated offender, having committed the present offense while on probation for a prior felony conviction.
