OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

Helena Mary Faro Gerlach was convicted of custodial interference in the first degree, a class C felony. AS 11.41.320.1 Gerlach appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in refusing to permit her to present a defense of necessity to the jury.2 We affirm.
