The sole issue for review is whether the third-party defendant, Robert M. Allen, a Texas attorney, had sufficient minimum contacts with Tennessee to confer in personam long-arm jurisdiction. The Court of Appeals affirmed the chancellor's holding that Allen had insufficient contacts with Tennessee to sustain jurisdiction.
