Petitioner, Carbon-Monroe-Pike County Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program [MH/MR], filed this petition for review of an Order in bankruptcy which rejected petitioner's request to convey to it certain assets consisting of real estate and automobiles owned of record by Burnley Workshop of the Poconos, Inc. [Burnley]. Petitioner bases its request on the assertion that it provided the money for these purchases....
