Defendant assigns as error the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss for insufficiency of the evidence as to each of the charges. He contends that the only substantive evidence submitted at trial which tends to identify defendant as the perpetrator consists of six out-of-court statements allegedly made by his mother, none of which are admissable as exceptions to the hearsay rule.
