These two cases come before the court on substantially identical motions to determine the validity of certain liens asserted against the debtors' household goods. The debtors' confirmed Chapter 13 plans provided that the liens would be deemed avoided pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 522(f)(2).1 The debtors failed to complete their payments under the plans, however, and both cases have been converted to liquidations...
