Appellants Linda and Roger Hebert appeal from an award of summary judgment and attorney's fees to defendant Cordelia Wicklund in a copyright infringement action arising out of Wicklund's alleged copying of the Heberts' basketweaving kit.1 In granting Wicklund's motion for summary judgment, the district court noted that the Heberts had produced no evidence to counter Wicklund's evidence that she had written
