A jury found Oscar M. McCary guilty of robbery, two counts of malicious wounding, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. The trial court, entering judgment on the jury verdict, sentenced him to serve in the penitentiary for these offenses 20 years, 20 years, 20 years, and 1 year, respectively.
