Hector Manso and Susan Warden were charged in the same information with one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of La.R.S. 40:967(A)(1), one count of possession of methaqualone in violation of La.R.S. 40:967(C) and one count of possession of diazepam in violation of La.R.S. 40:969(C).
