This is an action by Cumana Investments S.A. ("Cumana") for recovery on the claims of two Iranian nationals against an international joint venture. Cumana seeks damages for breach of an alleged contract or, alternatively, recovery to prevent the defendant's unjust enrichment. (Docket Item ["D.I."] 1.)
