Appellant, Lewis Dickerson, appeals an order entered on March 5, 1984, by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1982). The district court found petitioner's claim that Massachusetts' post-conviction review procedure violates the equal protection clause of the fourteenth amendment to be without merit.
