The issue at bench is whether we should grant a trustee's motion for reconsideration of our order of October 8, 1982, which authorized, without notice or hearing, the incurring of a postpetition debt in exchange for the granting of a lien and priority status superior to adminstrative claims on this postpetition debt as well as on all prepetition debts of the lending creditor.
