Larry Creason's amended petition against Gary Myers contained two causes of action—the first for alienation of affections and the second for criminal conversation. Myers demurred, claiming the amended petition did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. After the district court overruled Myers' demurrer, there was a trial in which the jury returned a verdict in favor of Creason for alienation of affections and a verdict...
