OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for injury to a child, V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 22.04(a)(1) and (b), as amended in 1979.1 Punishment was assessed by the jury at 20 years' imprisonment.
