In this personal injury suit, defendant-appellant, Valley Electric Membership Corporation, hereinafter called "VEMCO", appeals a lower court judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Walter G. Horton, awarding plaintiff damages in the amount of $58,278 plus interest and court costs. Appellee answered the appeal seeking an increase in general damages.
